We stand behind our craftsmanship. OGIO offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product for the original owner.
How long does shipping take for sports and travel gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for your next tournament or trip.
Can I return a personalized or custom bag?
Items that have been customized with specific embroidery or logos are made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I clean my OGIO backpack or golf bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry clean your bags, as this can damage the structural integrity and technical coatings.
